The commission never decides the recommendation. We pick the gift that’s genuinely best for the person you’re shopping for — and if the cheaper option or the one that pays us less is the better buy, that’s the one we point you to. About prices

Prices shown on Paw & Present are pulled live from the retailer and stamped with the date. They can change at any time, and the price you see at checkout is the one that applies. When we can’t retrieve a live price, we show “Check price on Amazon” rather than a number that might be out of date. We never fabricate prices, ratings, or review counts.
